Despite the naysayers elsewhere on here, I had a very pleasant and safe two week stay in Lower East Side at this hotel. Yes, there are absolutely no frills. But as a single traveller who only required a small cosy room, a comfy warm bed to rest ones head after a long day, a place to shower and no fuss, it was perfect. If you're looking for luxuries you'll need to pay top wack prices elsewhere, this won't be for you. The Chinese staff were kind and courteous. For NYC this was an absolute bargain. No issues at all because it did exactly what it said on the tin.

I like the personal, the room clean, hair dryer, clean towels. For two nights, in high season, think it’s ok. It's a good hotel, but very basic.

It was very reasonably priced for the area and the staff were really helpful - they let us leave our bags there for the day after we checked out.
