The staff! Always up for a chat and they go out of their way to help with any requests. Room was clean and a decent size for ny. Location perfect, close to citibikes, subway, shops, etc.

We liked for sure the location of it but also how attentive the staff was and how comfortable the beds were. The girls from the cleaning service were also very kind to us! We almost didn’t hear any noise from NYC, which was also a very important green flag for us :)

Location is amazing right next to Empire State Building, all the staff were super friendly and helpful. Free water in the room and a free to use fridge was great. Right next to a Starbucks if you want a reliable breakfast.
