The location is perfect…..5 minute walk to Times Square. The staff are so helpful and very pleasant. The hotel is spotless.

Truss Hotel is 5 minutes walk from Time Sq. It's spotlessly clean and the staff are so friendly and polite. Jessie at reception is competent, charming and so helpful. We really enjoyed our stay. The rooms are big and the beds very comfortable. The complimentary toiletries are welcome too.
