The location was perfect, walking distance to time square and macys and located in a area where it was not to busy. The staff at this hotel were amazingly friendly and helpful in every way possible and that,s from the desk to the cleaning staff. And the facilities for us as a family of 3 couldn't be better our room with a fridge, microwave and kettle aswel as all bathroom accessories...unreal for the price and so clean, beds really comfortable made our stay in manhatten so much more enjoyable definitely will stay at this hotel again 😊

This was literally 10 mins walk from Times Square location was perfect had loads of restaurants and other things outside the door supermarkets etc perfect location we couldn’t of asked for anything for more staff were so friendly from the reception to the cleaners.. first day we arrive we was given a voucher for the 3 of our family for a fast food restaurant just up the road for a free meal which was so lovely after such a long day, all the reception staff and Jessie was amazing helping us with directions and questions everyday. Our hotel room was cleaned every day to a high standard and the cleaning staff were so lovely one day we wanted a lil later day to leave and she came back later on to Make sure our room was cleaned that day for us that day thank you everyone

The location was perfect! Few minutes from Times Square and a few minutes from Madison SG. The lady at the counter Jessy was super! Friendly and helpfull

The staff made the stay 100000% times better. I have never experienced such amazing people who without fail made us feel comfortable and at home every single day. It was a joy to walk into reception every morning and every time coming back to the hotel. Every single staff member was a delight and went out of their way to make everything better for us when we experienced many trials and tribulations on our trip!!!!!
