Great location. Rooms were recently renovated and everything was new. Very friendly and helpful staff. They booked our shows. Daily voucher of $40 to spend at the Foundry was a good gesture.

The Ethiopian lady called Helen or so. I'm not too sure, was an amazing person. Smooth check-in and well detailed information given when needed

The hotel was very modern and clean. Friendly staff. Nice restaurant. Felt very safe staying here. Great location just off of Times Square. Upgraded our room to a great view of the city.
