View from the room was iconic, had to pay an extra $500 per day for a room on a higher floor. When booking we requested a room on a higher floor. We did a pre arrival check in, whc gave us a room, I immediately rang the hotel. We felt we received a take the room on the higher for o level. The lower level was never mentioned until we did the pre arrival check in. One day our room was not made up or cleaned, we were asked to leave whilst th was done. Can’t understand why there isn’t a sign that requests “please make up room’
