We arrived at around 3:00 a.m., and the front desk staff were extremely friendly. They kindly assisted us with check-in and even introduced nearby attractions despite the late hour. We stayed as a group of three adults, and the room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. The only downside was that on the first night, the noise from the air-conditioning compressor affected our sleep. However, after we reported the issue to the front desk the next day, they promptly arranged for maintenance to inspect it and quickly moved us to another room with much less noise. The service was very efficient and responsive. Breakfast was simple but sufficient. The location is also very close to Broadway, making it very convenient for watching shows. We highly recommend this hotel!

Fantastic location, right in the heart of New York. Excellent transport links, subway entrance is just around the corner. Room is massive for NYC Very clean, staff were all very helpful. Breakfast included is a massive perk for NYC and the 5pm wine club was fun for the couple of days we happened to be in the hotel at the right time. 24/7 snack room is a great idea. Very fair pricing for the area, we wouldn't hesitate to stay again.
