Everything was good except that during our 4 night stay, we encountered one very verbally abusive local man, 30 metres from the entrance on our way back to the hotel one evening. Except for this encounter everything else was great, staff very helpful.

Clean and air conditionned. Comfortable beds and private bathrooms. 150 dollars per night which is good price for accomodation in NYC.

The cleanliness of the hotel is the highlight! Everything is carefully thought and designed to make us feel comfortable. Communication is great! The reception hours are limited however they reply to messages immediately and also share a telephone number to call at any time if needed. We will definitely stay again!
