Hotel is older but this adds charm. Room was a bit tired but spotless. Room was cleaned every day and fresh towels etc. No tea / coffee facilities in the room. Iron and hairdryer were provided. Staff were not rude but not overly pleasant except for the guys at the lift - they were all really friendly. We really enjoyed our stay. It's a good walk to times sq and Broadway so bare that in mind.

Loved the location of the hotel and the dining options of Tick Tock and Trattoria, we used both. Trattoria also offered a welcoming option to have a drink at the bar. The staff were excellent, especially Francisco who worked very to serve lots of customers. Regarding the room, it was comfortable, nice pillows, tv and shower in the bathroom was good. The hotel had a lovely classic atmosphere and the exhibition of the hotel’s history in the basement was interesting. Across the street from Madison Square Gardens and short walk to Empire State Building and Penn Station.
