The location, and value relative to other hotels in the area, cannot be beaten. The staff were always extremely friendly and greeted us every time we left or arrived back to the hotel.

Amazing location and friendly service . Room serviced daily. We stayed in the king room which was perfect. One block from Time Square , underground one block away

The location is very strategic/exceptional. It is located near broadway street, walking distance to the theaters and metros, near times square, teeming with souvenir shops, very near cvs Staff are friendly and accommodating, near M &Ms store, near the bus stop for hop on hop off buses and so many more. Rooms are clean and look new/newly renovated. I like the scent of their shampoo, conditioner and body wash.
