Amazing room with everything you could need. Really comfortable stay and the staff couldn't be anymore helpful. They were keen to help with everything and were super friendly! Made our first time in New York a memorable one!

The staff were exceptional at this hotel. It was my first time visiting New York and wanted to have a better view of the city, so after the first night they moved me to a higher floor which I was very appreciative of. The bed was super comfortable, facilities were really nice, and decor was generally very chic.
