The Knickerbocker Hotel is committed to providing its guests and associates with a smoke free environment. Smoking tobacco, pipes, vapes, e-cigarettes and marijuana are strictly prohibited within the hotel. By booking through this website, you acknowledge that the hotel has installed smoking detection sensors provided by REST in its rooms. REST is a smart device that allows hotel management to respond to smoking events without disrupting your stay. You hereby agree and consent to the use of such sensor in your room and acknowledge and agree that it is 100% privacy compliant and required by the hotel. By acknowledging the foregoing, you agree to waive any future claims related to the presence of the sensor in a room you may book. Tampering with the sensor is strictly prohibited. A non-refundable $500 smoking fee will apply should a smoking event occur inside the hotel guestroom.Please note, guests must be at least 21 years old to check-in.Tickets, which can be purchased for an additional fee, are required for entry to St Cloud Rooftop on New Year's Eve.Please note that group policy applies when more than 7 rooms are booked. The staff are extremely polite and welcoming, always greeting guests with a smile. Housekeeping and bedding services are provided twice a day, ensuring everything stays spotless. The rooms are very spacious with high-quality mattresses. The pillows were a bit large for my taste, but that’s typical for most hotels. It’s great that the room temperature can actually be adjusted to your preference. The location is perfect, and the complimentary morning coffee and tea are a lovely touch. Room service is fast and efficient. Despite the central location, the soundproofing is excellent.
