Perfect location in the middle of mid-town. Walking distance or short subway ride to everything. Free coffee and bottled water anytime. Staff were very help and lovely. The room was a great size with everything you need. While not super modern it was very comfortable.

Close to line E from JFK airport, also in walking distance to other lines. Coffee and tea bar were well-equipped. Free laundry including detergent and dryer. Iron and ironing board available in my room. No noise from neighboring rooms. Daily cleaning.

Friendly staff and an incredible location. The hotel is well prepared to welcome a large number of tourists, offering a convenient lounge with coffee and tea and a smooth process for storing bags before check-in. They also gave me the quiet room I requested, and it was perfect
