The location is excellent, around the corner from the Times Square, approximately 70 m from a Metro station and bus-stop, plenty of restaurants, shopping and grocery stores around. We could change our room upon request, and we really liked the room we then got, it was excellent. Room had an AC and adapter for different cables, this was also excellent, as our adapter was not working. Housekeeping was everyday and room was very clean. The bathroom was also very nice. Great Japanese/Thai restaurant right next to the hotel. We had a great stay at the hotel!

Based on the comments my expectations were low but in the end the room was quiet and we slept really well. Location is perfect if you want to be in that area.
