"After confirmation, Sonder will reach out to guests through a secure link to gather some information regarding their stay. Sonder may require the guest to provide a photo of their government-issued photo ID. Guests will receive check-in details from property management three days prior to arrival. Please note: the layout, furniture, and decor of your space may vary from these photos. There is no cable. We have provided a Roku for streaming. You may hear city noise from construction and the rooftop bar. The bar is open 6 pm–4 am and not operated by Sonder.Sonder offers all guests the ability to book housekeeping services on-demand for a nominal fee. This ensures you can enjoy an uninterrupted and environmentally sustainable stay. Housekeeping services must be scheduled via the Sonder app, 24 hours in advance."Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Incredibly good location, so easy to get anywhere within 20 mins - well connected walking and subways. The room was comfortable - small but everything we needed and staff were super friendly. Best part was being able to leave our bags there securely after check out!

Excellent location, easy to access all parts of the city either by foot or subway. The area felt safe for a solo traveller. There were lots of bars and restaurants in the surrounding area meaning it did not feel too quiet when walking back to the hotel later in the evenings. And although this meant you could hear some street noise from the room this personally was not an issue for me, it’s NYC after all! The room was a nice size, clean and had everything I needed.
