This was a great stay. The staff were all incredibly nice and accommodating. My room had everything I needed, and I loved the daily credit and complimentary water. Just a heads-up that the room is a bit on the small side, and I would have preferred a gel soap. If you love Time Square, this place is just right for you. The subway is also just a few steps away.

The view from the (high) room up towards Times Square The location - very convenient and central There was a sofa in our room which was good to have Reception staff were excellent dealing with constant crowds and flight crews. Daily $30 'voucher' applied in hotel The lifts were fast and efficient, especially useful given the crowds in the hotel
