Friendly staff, helpful and polite, pool staff were amazing, always ready to help. Housekeeping were so sweet and always made my little daughter smile when we came back to the room by placing her dolls on the bed with the remote next to them.

We spent 8 nights at the royalton. It was amazing. The pool is amazing! Our 6 years old daughter loved it ( close at 6pm for the kids before they serve alcohol but that’s fine anyway). The bed is very comfortable. The location is perfect to visit New York ( using the public transportation or by walking). I would recommend staying there!!!!
