Location, view of Hudson River and Central Park magnificent. Breakfast was excellent, great choice and plenty of everything. Only downside was paper plates and plastic forks, knives and spoons.

We spent 5 nights here and had a great experience. The hotel’s location is excellent, perfect for exploring the city. Breakfast was just right for us, continental style with fresh fruit and vegetables. The room was spacious, comfortable, and had an amazing view.

The view from our 63rd floor room was incredible! We could see Manhattan, the river & Times Square. The guest laundry is a great facility. The staff were really friendly and helped quickly and professionally when we had some issues with our room.

The hotel is well-located just outside Time Square so you're close to the action but not too close. The rooms were great with a comfortable bed. The buffet breakfast was great but a little crowded if you go in the last 30 minutes. It was well-stocked and offered great variety. We'd definitely book the Residence Inn again.
