The management and staff available for all guests despite very busy and many guest. They listen and assist when l did not understand procedures.

This hotel is lovely and clean The staff are super helpful and accommodating There is a lively atmosphere where the bar & restaurant are We were apprehensive about staying in Harlem because of some reviews however it turned out more than fine. The people are authentic and the culture is clear which was the perfect choice for us. Of course I would exercise caution when returning to the hotel during late hours as I would say for any big city.

The location was excellent. The community of harlem had personality and the staff members especially downstairs doing security gave me old school jazz vibes wearing top hats and chains. Very friendly always making jokes and saying hello. The hotel had a really cool restaurant/ lounge too where they had live music on friday night.
