Location was amazing! Close to the subway, many restaurants around. The room was small but comfortable. There's a small cafe at the lobby. Lovely staff members who helped us a few times. We also loved the patio on the 14th floor.

The rooms were exceptionally small; the bed was comfy enough, but two grown adults are not suited to sharing a bed that size (didn't know how small the room would be). Staff were friendly and helpful when asked. But not forthcoming with information off their own backs at check-in. It was clean; location was excellent and knowing how the rooms are now, I would book again, but would go for a twin bed option if travelling with my adult son.

The hotel is very well located. My room wasn't very big, but its layout makes it feel like a larger room. From the 5th floor, I had a pleasant view of the surrounding buildings. I really enjoyed the sunny terrace.
