The location is perfect, in Bryant Park. Great restaurants and cafes on the same block, as well as shops and conveniences. Enjoying Bryant Park when leaving and arriving at the hotel is a delight. The hotel is extremely clean, has water available 24 hours a day, the bathroom is excellent, and the decor is discreet and cozy. The room size, number of electrical outlets, and space to accommodate luggage are quite satisfactory. I will definitely stay again. The kindness of absolutely all the staff is remarkable. Special mention to Noelle, Miguel, and Yovanni.

Good location, decent stay The hotel is in a great location, which made getting around New York very easy. Close to key attractions, restaurants, and public transportation — definitely the highlight of the stay. The hotel itself is fairly average. Rooms are a bit small and somewhat outdated, but clean and functional. Service was okay, nothing exceptional but no major issues either. Overall, it’s a good option if your priority is location and you don’t plan to spend much time in the hotel.

The location is excellent—right by Bryant Park and within a 5-minute walk of Times Square, Broadway, and the Empire State Building, which made getting around incredibly easy. The hotel also offered a complimentary drink at the bar, which was a nice touch. Housekeeping was consistent, with fresh towels provided daily. The free water station was especially appreciated and very convenient. We also enjoyed a lovely view from our room, which the hotel accommodated based on our request at the time of booking. Staff was friendly and helpful.
