The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful - there was never a wait at the front desk to speak to them and they had the answers to all our questions. Just what us NY newbies needed! Perfect midtown location next to the calm greenery of Bryant Park and 7 mins walk from Grand Central and Times Square subways (for fast access everywhere) and 1 min from Bryant Park Subway.

Hotel accommodated slightly late check out. Reasonable price for the area. Not a luxury hotel but good value for money. Very nice staff.

Very good location in Midtown. Everything is near, shopping, attractions, resturants etc. We also liked that it was across to Bryant Park, we had a partly park view that was nice.
