Guests will receive check-in details three days prior to arrival as long as they have downloaded Outsite App and completed the online check-in. Check-in instructions sent on time, and pretty simple. Nice communal area. Bedroom was clean. Was a bit nervous about sharing a bathroom, but it was clean enough. Good location.

The location was ideal for a holiday in New York. The living space and kitchen downstairs were excellent. The facilities in the kitchen were exactly what we required. Our bedroom was a little small, however we only spent time sleeping in there and used the downstairs living space on occasions. The bathroom was kept clean, and using a shared bathroom was not an issue. The bathroom was always available. The other occupants in the location were from other parts of the world and everybody was very pleasant and friendly.
