The staff were very pleasant and helpful especially the concierge. House keeping left a fresh set of towels outside the door in a laundry bag without us having to ask /requesting when the 'do not disturb' sign was in place.

Early check in was fantastic and we also arrange a late check out. I think we were lucky but we did pay to upgrade the room!
