Good location with easy access to several subway lines (including the J from JFK airport), and plenty of places to eat and drink nearby (particularly recommend Spaghetti Incident for superb pasta at a reasonable price). Close to Chinatown and Little Italy. There is someone on reception 24/7, which is helpful - staff were friendly, and we were able to leave our luggage securely on the day we left as our flight wasn't until the evening. Although the decor and equipment in the apartment are dated, it was clean, and towels were changed every day. The bed and sofa bed were comfortable, and there was enough room for the 4 of us.

The apartment was clean and well stocked in all things needed for 9 days stay. Cleaning service was offered everyday although we did not need it that often. The staff at the 24h reception was friendly and answered all of our questions. We also were able to leave our bags after check out which was very helpful. Overall great value, good localisation (near few major subway lines) - go and have fun!
