I really loved the location, it's right next to Times Square, close to main restaurants, clothing stores, and souvenir shops. It's also very convenient because there are subway stations nearby, which makes it easy to use public transportation. The staff was very friendly and helpful; they explained clearly how the property damage fee works, which made everything easier to understand.

The location is excellent!! Within walking distance to Times Square and the subway. The stay was comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful.
