28th floor, incredible views of the Brooklyn bridge! A really nice room, no problem with space at all, very good bed, lovely bathroom, room Cleaned everyday. The staff were nice especially the lady who helped when my payment could not be found and upgraded us! Perfect location for exploring the city. We also had breakfast on first morning tasty good.

Staff were very friendly and helpful with anything we needed. The room was comfortable and they kindly upgraded us to a city view which we appreciated. Housekeeping came every day and the room was very clean. Excellent location close to downtown sites and metro stations. Breakfast was good and it was nice to have table service rather than a buffet breakfast. Would definitely stay again!

The location is fantastic – several metro lines are just 1–2 minutes away, which made getting around the city super easy. One of the biggest highlights was the amazing view from the upper floors (23rd and up). It really made the stay feel special. The room was clean and, although small, it was exactly as described when we booked. We appreciated being able to request a fridge, which was very convenient. Room service was quick and reliable, and most of the reception staff were extremely friendly and helpful, always trying their best to assist us.
