Great location, modern comfortable facilities, nice and friendly stuff We could not do late check out, but could take a shower around the corner in the gym For sustainability I like that the towels did not get changed automatically every day

Excellent location...Walk to buzz of Times Square, Broadway, shopping, the respite of Bryant Park, many cafes (we opted out of breakfast), supermarket. Friendly staff, comfy beds, extensive amenities, excellent shower water pressure.

Just about everything - it’s easy to see why it’s so highly rated. The location is even better than it seems, as Bryant Park is a gem. The room layout was both very modern and very functional, the beds exceptionally comfortable and bathroom felt like home.

Clean, comfortable, kind and friendly team. Great position to explore Manhattan and also use public transport and regional trains.
