This hotel was in the perfect location just a 6 minute walk away from the centre of Times Square. I could not hear any noise from outside. The view from the window was good. We had unexpected rain but the hotel came with an umbrella in the wardrobe also a steamer and dressing gowns which we loved! I did not realise my UK hair curlers would not work in the US due to voltage difference, but the hotel loans hair curlers and straighteners free of charge which is a nice perk! There was always someone on the door and someone to answer the guest phone line, we also noticed as we were checking out they have some pedal bikes for use around the city, one of the best places I have stayed would definitely recommend!
