Very well located! Close to major sightseeing places (Public Library, Grand Central Terminal next door, Rockefeller Center, Times Square...)

The location was excellent. The check in and out was very comfortable. No queues, always someone available. The waiters at breakfast were very also very kind.

Location is great, but the hotel is very industrial. The lobby was very uncomfortable and there was nowhere else to sit. Nowhere to get a coffee other than out of a shop at 11am. The room was very comfortable, but the bathroom very small, with the toilet jammed between the shower and sink. It would have been nice to have a hand-held shower head as well.
