The Beds were super comfortable The room was spacious, more than your average hotel room in New York. The location was unsurpassed - only a five minute walk to Time Square and 5-10 min walk to metro subway stations. Right in the heart of Hell's Kitchen so there are plenty of restaurants, cafes and bars to choose from We had the opportunity to stay in both a king size room and a two bedroom, two bathroom suite. Both were well appointed, very clean and overall quiet from the outside. The showers were great and the air conditioning worked well. The apartment has a spacious front balcony overlooking the main street for some interesting crown watching. The service was exceptional from reception to house keeping. They are a small team but work together like a family. They looked after us so well. Special thanks to Eric for his friendliness and hospitality! Buffet breakfast, while mostly on the basic side, provided well. They offer hard boiled eggs and some of the tastiest croissants we've had. The hotel has a very nice roof top bar with a great view of the NY buildings and a glimpse of Times Square
