We arrived at 8 AM after a 12-hour flight and were pleasantly surprised to be given our rooms immediately at no extra charge. The hotel is new and beautiful, with stylish, spacious rooms (especially large for New York) and exceptional cleanliness. The staff was wonderful and provided excellent service throughout our stay. We truly enjoyed our experience and highly recommend this hotel!

This is a wonderful & chic hotel, newly renovated, clean and tidy, gorgeous soap / shampoo and conditioner, artwork in the rooms and stylish fit out. The location and building feels safe and the front desk staff are lovely! Highly recommend.
