Everything was nice. Quiet room with a view, good space and amenities and nice comfortable bed. Staff was very kind and helpful. Great location near MNH and transport.

A spacious room (for NYC!) with comfortable beds well located on the Upper West Side. Really close to the subway and ease of connectivity. Didn't try the hotel restaurant downstairs but there's lots of interesting places to eat nearby.

Everything accept the front desk manager was utterly rude to me when i called to tell him something was missing. I did find it but there was no need for such rudeness. The doormen were so helpful and friendly !
