Great location ,fun atmosphere, friendly staff, great restaurants/ bar attached. Very comfortable bed , really good breakfast. Happy hour was good fun .

Located at Time Square, so easy access to many of NY attractions. Room was very quiet with no street noise as one might expect in NY. On-the-go breakfast was a nice touch and convenient if in a hurry. Other breakfast options and sit down tables available for additional cost.

Sit down breakfast a bit pricey. The dinner offering on Sunday with entertainment was great Though in the hustle and bustle of Time square, still enjoyed it.

The hotel is sort of art deco themed and that really works. The staff were very professional. We were met by the door man who expertly monitors the immediate area outside the entrance. The security staff checking passes as you enter was reassuring. The place has a real special feel about it. Prior to the trip I had a few questions and requests that were dealt with by the support email team and I also used the consiage team to have a bunch of flowers left in the room for my wife as an arrival treat. The consiage team were absolutely first class plus some. When we return to NYC we will definitely be staying at the Eddison.
