This was my second time at the hotel. I tried to check in early, at noon, and because a room was available, I was able to streamline my day rather than check bags and come back. The staff at check in was very friendly. As before, I loved using the 27th floor coffee machine and lounge area with beautiful views.

Fist off, the location of the hotel simply cannot be beat - you are in the center of things without being overcrowded. The proximity to Grand Central is a huge bonus, since a lot of lines go through there. There are plenty of bars and quick bites around the hotel, and you’re permitted to bring in whatever food you want since the hotel doesn’t offer food. The room was great, just spacious enough for the two of us, with a great bathroom and a stunning view. It was cleaned daily including daily towel changes. We had a mini fridge, a nespresso machine and a microwave in our room. We also had free empty bottles and a chilled water machine on our floor. The lobby on the top floor is great, you can have complimentary coffee, tea and water (still and sparkling), all while enjoying a stunning view of the surrounding area from the balcony. The staff were friendly and helpful, although we had minimal interaction with them during our stay. All in all, can’t recommend this hotel enough, can’t wait to stay here again!

The location, the clean rooms, the polite and professional staff. Our room was big, comfortable, and soundproof. There were free coffee capsules every day, as well as water and tea. Nice common area on the rooftop with view. Very central and convenient location!

Coffee lounge facility was fantastic! Wonderful views from the outside deck area too. Good size room, clean close to Grand Central Station. Check in seem good, we felt like we were getting a good room/deal, however, as stated below, I am not sure this was the case.
