Very spacious for being in NYC, no problem to fit the luggage for 2 adults and 2 children in the room without stumbling over it. The bathroom was good, with a Toto washlet bidet which is honestly a luxury (incl. heated seat). Very convenient location for public transport and our room (facing the backside) was quiet.

Great location in the center of the city, very close to Subway, Penn Station & Port Authority The staff (Mainly Rachel) was super professional and very very nice! The room is large, especially compared to other hotels in the city.
