The staff is really kind, the hotel is close to the 5th, the bedroom is really comfortable, the internet connection is very good, even if you need to join meetings and share screen.

Location is great and walking distance to Times Square, The Hudson (both sides) and Central Park. Hotel is lovely and clean and has individual AC We were upgraded at no extra cost and high fives to Josh who was welcoming, friendly and helpful Bathroom was modern and clean There was no exterior noise from traffic

The hotel was firstly beautiful, the room was perfect, really clean and well designed. The location was amazing, it was my first time in New York and staying here made it so easy to get around the city. The staff are absolutely incredible, the most hospitable, friendly and accommodating people. They made the stay even better, my boyfriend and I were in NYC for our birthdays and everyone we interacted with at the hotel helped make the week really amazing for both of us. They took the time to give us recommendations and have conversations with us throughout the stay, I have never been made to feel as welcome as I did here.

Amazing staff, facilities are chic, updated, clean, rooms are super comfortable, location is great: midtown but not too hectic. Will definitely come back. I forgot personal belongings in the property and staff was beyond helpful in getting it back
