Very good breakfast with several options. There is a credit of $15included in the accomodation price which can be used against it. Service staff very dedicated and always friendly.

I loved the vibe of the hotel. I also loved the way we were served by everybody in the restaurant. Very kind and polite. made me smile all the time we were there. We prefered to eat there because of this. Loved the location and the closeness to everything.

Check in staff was very friendly. We booked a king skyline view room and the check in staff gave us a room high up (12th floor) with an exceptional view of Manhattan City. The room was very quiet, good blackout curtains and comfy bed. Location was excellent and although the hotel was busy, the area around it was very peaceful. 5 minute walk to subway and short ride to get to Manhattan island as well as access to tram car (cable car) to city with great views en route.
