The Hotel is “strategically” located at the edge of Koreatown, and thus it is very close to such places of interest as Empire State Building, Bryant Park, NYC Public Library, Grand Central Station, Penn Station, and Times Square. The neighbourhood is exploding with eateries, suitable for every taste. Being early birds (not by choice, but because of the jet-lag) in search of a decent breakfast, we were happy to find several “Paris Baguette” cafes nearby, some of them opening as early as 5am. The highlight though was the view out of our window - we booked the Empire State Building view room, and we got it. The bed was comfy, and some basic amenities like kettle and coffee machine have been provided, on top of the complimentary buffet in the morning (nice gesture, but the choice was very basic, so we didn’t use it much). All in all, a good option for a couple of days in mid-Manhattan, especially if you travel light and want to reach Penn or Grand Central by foot.
