Nice check-in experience. Perfect location (just 10 mins by walk from times square and little less time to the closer metro station. Large and clean room even if it was a bit outdated, good sound comfort with closed windows despite the chaos on nyc. Nice little free rooftop. Great possibility to leave luggage after checkout.

The location was great and the free use of the hotel's bicycles was great for getting around. The facilities were spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful and the unexpected "Happy Hour", with drinks and snacks from Monday to Thursday, was a pleasant and enjoyable surprise, when we were there in the late afternoon. Coffee in the room was also good. The staff were friendly and accommodating, where possible.

The location is great, the metro station is near and you many objectives can be reached by foot. The breakfast is very good.

Brilliant location in midtown Manhattan. The staff is kind and helpful. We had a small issue, that was taken care off very quickly.
