This is a fantastic hotel that I would recommend to anyone and would definitely stay at again. The location is perfect for exploring and yet not too busy on the street. The hotel is clean, stylish and exceptionally well maintained. All of the staff were lovely, friendly, welcoming people and I especially want to say thank you to Vincent, Lance and Uriel for being wonderful.

This hotel has beautiful rooms, which are fairly spacious for New York. Our room was always very clean. The staff on reception are all extremely welcoming and friendly and the location was perfect for walking to Bryant Park, Times Square, Summit One Vanderbilt & the Empire State Building. Getting the subway to different parts of the city was easy with Grand Central Station just across the street. It was a relaxing place in the heart of the hustle and bustle.
