We came to this hotel after having a very bad experience at another hotel in New York, so I can say that I was really pleased, especially to all the staff at the reservation. Everyone was very attentive. I would also like to thank Rachid. It was a very warm welcome.

We had a room overlooking the Empire state building & it was magical. The location is great too as it is 2 min from the subway & near many of the sites we wanted to see. Beds are really comfortable. Sunset on the roof bar a must.

Location couldn’t be better! The rooftop has lovely views to see the Empire State Building and skyline. The rooms were clean, compact but have everything you need. Also well insulated windows so you didn’t hear the noise from the street. Staff were helpful - we had an issue during our stay and they were very quick and extremely effective to deal with it, better than expected, which we highly appreciated. Its easy to have good customer service when everything goes well, but going the extra mile to help when there’s an issue really sets them apart, we will definitely stay here again next time just for their attentiveness and care.
