Easy to find and in a great location - walking distance to the subway/bus and Times Square. We felt safe our entire trip so no complaints. If you're like us and were just using it as somewhere to sleep and spent most of the time outside of the hotel, it's not the worst choice. I did find better hotels at a similar/same price so suggest keeping an eye out. Only hotel I've stayed at in New York, so I can't compare to others. It was clean. "Breakfast" is provided but it's so basic we didn't really bother - there are better places to eat around the area. But it was nice to have the option - and grabbing a banana before we headed out was a welcome 'perk' but I wouldn't count on it. The bed was comfortable though - a bit softer than I'm used to but no complaints. Would I stay here again? Maybe. If I wanted more luxury, then no, but if it was just somewhere to sleep for the night with basic amenities, then it'll do. The staff seemed a bit indifferent about guests which was a bit weird but they were helpful enough. Again, no real issues.

Breakfast was OK but they seem to run out of food early which wasn't always replenished. Breakfast time was 06.30 to 09.30. However my friend arrived down at 08.30 and there was nothing left. She asked the staff member to replenish and was ignored.

A good little hotel only a 15 minute walk from Times Square , staff were helpful and the bed was very comfy!
