Breakfast was included but was just adequate. Reception was a little compact but again adequate. Staff were very good

Excellent central location, super friendly helpful staff, nice to have a 12 O'clock checkout. Hotel held our bags for us after checkout so we could carry on exploring the city

Very well maintained property, tidy rooms, modern bathrooms, polite service, safe location, 24h qualified employee availability, and a possibility to have a reasonable breakfast - what would you need more. My warmest recommendations.

The accommodation is fairly small for a NY anf is situated on a side road off one of the main roads as such it is fairly quiet. The rooms are a good size and comfortable. The breakfast is all that you need with cereal, bagels , toast etc, yogurts . The added luxury of free wine and snacks between 5 and 6 is great ( although I suppose this is what the facility fee is for). The staff are lovely and helpful. Especially when my husband thought he had lost me on the underground subway. Sadly for him he had not!. The carnegie is nest to a subway station so makes it easy to get around. 2 blocks from central park. And walking distance to shops and restaurants. Would def recommended
