The staff were so friendly and helpful. They were very accomodating to our requests. Probably the friendliest staff I have come across. The room was suitable for my friend and I. A bit smaller than expected, but that is NYC! Everything was clean and tidy. There was a fridge and a microwave. Good block out curtains for night. Very convenient location. Right near the Subway to Times Square (or a 20 min walk). Walk to Whole Foods Market. Some really nice restaurants close by.
