The rate is very competitive since it's in NYC so you get your money's worth. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the location is very accessible to all places with the subway just around the corner.

Good location and about as affordable as possible in NYC. Breakfast is welcome but is mixed. Bathrooms are always clean and never a wait to access.

- The location is good (30 min walk from Times square and bus and train terminal) - the cleanness is good - the staff are kind and helpful - the breakfast is rich - Fast Wifi - the security (cameras) - the heater - toils - kitchen - common area
