We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, staff exceptional, room amazing with the best view & cleanliness. I loved all the mirrors in the room. Mirrors always make the rooms seem bigger and more luxurious.

The room had a very large bed which was comfortable and we were not aware of noise from outside even though we were in the city. The aircon was a blessing in the August heat. The room was clean, the little fridge was useful to keep drinks cold, there was a coffee / hot water machine with some coffee pods provided. The safe in the bottom of the wardrobe was also useful. We didn’t have problems with the lifts as reported by other people although sometimes we had to wait for a few minutes. The location of the hotel is very handy for midtown NY with subway stations nearby. The rooftop bar had amazing views but was only accessible from reception. The one time we used it we felt that we should have been more smartly dressed.
