All staffs especially Kevin, Ceaser, Esther, Elliot, Ryan, Julio and Fran (and everyone whom we met) were great. Location was superb. It is a street away from Whole Foods, Bryant Park, Times Square, and Radio City. Fifth Avenue is a block away. Buses frequent the street opposite. Close to subway too. Washer and dryer in the room are so useful. The morning snacks and coffee are helpful. Heater was working well in the cold days.

Wonderful one week trip to New York. The apartment was exactly what we hoped for: clean, quiet, and thoughtfully equipped for a comfortable stay. The location was excellent, close to everything we needed and peaceful enough to rest after long days in the city. The hosts were absolutely lovely and brought a smile to our faces every time we came “home”. Communication was smooth and genuinely warm, and we felt truly welcomed throughout our stay. A perfect base for exploring New York, and we would happily stay here again.

Very friendly staff, Cesar was esp. helpful but really the whole team were great. The location was excellent, you really feel in the heart of the city and theatre district.
