It is an incredible location for exploring New York. You are close to several subway stations and a lot of sightseeing places are within walking distance or a short subway journey away. The small fridge freezer in our room helped so much as we could keep milk and butter and other things cold and we were also able to do some of our own cooking with the supplies given. We usually had breakfast in the room, lunch in the city then made dinner when we came back. There was a toaster, microwave, pots and pans and plenty of cutlery and plates.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel during my first visit to New York City, and I must say it was an unforgettable experience. The comfort and cleanliness of the place were good. My room was well-appointed, and provided all the amenities I needed for a week-long stay. One of the highlights of this hotel is its extraordinary location. Situated in the heart of the city, it offers easy access to all the iconic landmarks and attractions. Whether it was exploring Times Square, strolling through Central Park, or visiting famous museums, everything was within reach. I was able to navigate the city with ease, thanks to the hotel's convenient proximity to public transportation. Now, it's important to mention that the city that never sleeps comes with its own energy. The hotel's location, although fantastic, did mean it was quite loud at times. However, this is simply the essence of New York City. When you visit, you shouldn't expect uninterrupted sleep but rather immerse yourself in the vibrant atmosphere that surrounds you day and night.

I have read many bad reviews. But I must say that I did not find anything from what I read in reality. My room was clean. The shared bathrooms were good and always cleaned! During 4 days I did not find any curiosities! There is dish in the room, a hair dryer, towels and a minimal set for a shower. The mattress is quite comfortable. My recommendation is only regarding the duvet - it would be better. Yes, this is not a 5 star hotel. But for this money a reasonable solution if you are looking for an overnight stay. A big advantage is the ability to cook in the room. Receptionists were great too! Every day the staff was friendly and happy to help. No rats, cockroaches or bedbugs. The security deposit has not yet been returned. But they have a return period of up to 35 days (on card). We'll see, but I'm sure everything will be fine. My room was on the 5th floor. As I’ve understood in general conditions depend on company (owner) you book the hotel. There are 5 different owners in this building.
