The fine print
On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi. Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process. The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay. Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

From the moment we arrived and saw the property, we were absolutely impressed. It looked exactly as described in the listing—if not better! The check-in process was smooth, and everything was clean, well-maintained, and ready for us to enjoy. The spacious rooms gave everyone in the family plenty of space to relax, and the kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals and enjoy time together. The backyard was definitely one of the highlights. The BBQ setup and hot tub created the perfect setting for evening gatherings and made our stay feel extra special. Whether it was lounging outside during the day or enjoying a soak under the stars, we couldn’t have asked for a better atmosphere. A huge thank you to our amazing host, Tony. He went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect—always kind, incredibly informative, and quick to respond to any questions or requests. His hospitality truly made the experience even more enjoyable. This place exceeded all of our expectations, and we’re already looking forward to our next visit. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing, family-friendly getaway with all the comforts of home!

THE HOST WAS VERY EASY TO DEAL WITH, AND THE HOUSE WAS LOVELY. IN A GOOD LOCATION CLOSE TO SHOPS, RESTAURANTS AND PUBS. HALF HOUR DRIVE TO CAMBER SANDS BEACHES. THE LOFT ROOM WAS BEAUTIFUL.. ONE OF OUR GUESTS LEFT A DUVET AT THE PROPERTY AND THE HOST POSTED IT BACK WITH NO ISSUES, SUCH A LOVELY HOST. HOUSE HAD ALL THE BITS AND PIECES TO MAKE IT AN EASY STAY FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN WITH BASICS IN THE CUPBOARDS TO MAKE YOUR STAY EASY.

The property was very clean and new. Facilities were great especially the hot tub jacuzzi, underfloor heating, fully spec out kitchen.

They whole house was lovely and clean, very spacious. We stayed for 2 nights for my sister hen do/slumber party. Would definitely stay there again with a group of friends or family.
