After reading a lot of very bad reviews about at least two of the units there I was able to get some reassurance of the room being what the pictures showed we should expect. We stayed in room 203 on the second floor. The bare brick wall looks great and having the option of a sofa bed aswell as a couple coffee tables and a 4 seat dining set. The unit although very dated is really well equipped, massive fridge freezer, full size hob and oven and the kitchen is also equipped with dishwasher and plenty of good condition plates and cookware. The TV was a great size for the room, there are ceiling fans in both bedroom and living/kitchen area with plenty of lighting. There is plenty of extra pillows and sheets in the wardrobe and the two sliding doors are mirror fronted. The bathroom has ceiling heater and extractor big vanity and mirror and decent shower pressure. One of the reasons we chose this let, was the location but also the washer and dryer facilities, the dryer is pretty much new but the washing machine is old. A big bonus is there's a roof top on floor 7 where you can see some bits of the city well.

I loved that Hosteeva replied to my messages almost immediately, and the self-checkin was perfect for us arriving late. We even had a washing machine and dryer, which came in handy. The full kitchen too.
