Easy to book. Helpful staff. Very handy to be able to park in the venue's off-street garage. The room was lovely. Everything worked. We enjoyed a good night's sleep. A proper mug was available for the coffee machine - not one of those horrible paper cups. The venue is nice and central, with a tram stop to Canal Street almost immediately outside, allowing us to visit the mighty Mississippi and the French Quarter before setting off for our next destination. Proper value for money. Many thanks

The location is very nice and quiet, right in front of streetcar line 12. The room was spacious and comfortable

We recently stayed at the St Charles Coach House and overall we enjoyed our stay. Our room was comfortable as was the bed. The front desk staff were polite and helpful. We liked the proximity to the streetcar, a good breakfast cafe (Avenue Cafe), good restaurant (Lula’s) and great roof top bar in the Pontchartrain Hotel.
